Our Room Rates

We sell rooms at Overnight, Transit & Odd-Overnight rates. Email us at frontdesk@asph.com.sg to find out more.

    • Standard Check-In Time is 3:00pm. Check-Out Time is 11:00am.

    • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are chargeable, and subjected to availability.

    • Overnight rate plan is inclusive of daily housekeeping, wireless internet connection and local calls.

    • Full payment is collected upon check in.

    • Transit rates cannot be booked in advance. They are strictly Walk-In Only.

    • Non-utilisation of any hours paid for will not be refunded under any circumstances.

    • Odd-Overnight rooms are sold for a 12 hour window starting from when you Check In.
      (e.g. Check in 1:00AM, Check out 1:00PM)
